Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) is a minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment now covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans.

Performed by an interventional radiologist, UFE:

The procedure is done through a tiny incision in the wrist or thigh, blocking blood flow to fibroids so they shrink over time.
